Registration

Staffing, equipment, and pricing for special events vary depending on the type of event and its location. In order for any private party, organization or governmental entity to request standby services from MEMS, a Special Event Request form must be submitted to MEMS at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the event, or a late schedule fee will be applied ($20/hour). Extended events, multi-day events, or large events requiring EMS capabilities beyond a single ambulance should be arranged at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the event.
