Susan Conrad

Originally a native of Pennsylvania, Susan Conrad and her husband Dave relocated to Little Rock in 2006. Arkansas is now home for them, as well as for two of their daughters and their families.

Susan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from York College of Pennsylvania. She has maintained certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources since 2004.

Before relocating to Arkansas, Susan’s background in Human Resources included experience in food manufacturing, distribution and third party logistics. Prior to joining MEMS in 2018, Susan served as HR Director at a medical supply company in Little Rock.
